Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be processed for purchases made through the DNS Globale Enterprise e-commerce website, operated by DNS Enterprise Services Pvt. Ltd. This policy applies exclusively to customers located in India. International customers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.


1. Eligibility for Refunds (India Customers Only) 1.1. Return Window: Customers in India may request a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the return meets the conditions outlined below. 1.2. Eligible Products: Refunds are available only for non-perishable products (e.g., handicrafts, leather items, clothing, and coir-based products) that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 1.3. Non-Returnable Products: Perishable items, including spices, nuts, vegetables, and any customized or personalized products, are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. 1.4. Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting service@dnsglobaleenterprise.com with details and photographic evidence.


2. Refund Process for Indian Customers 2.1. Initiating a Return: To request a refund, contact our customer support team at service@dnsglobaleenterprise.com or via WhatsApp at +91-8605036001, providing your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (if applicable). 2.2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products must be shipped to DNS Enterprise Services Pvt. Ltd., Sr. No. 1/1094, Ubale Nagar, Nagar Road, Wagholi, Pune – 412207 (Maharashtra), using a trackable courier service. 2.3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product is used, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition. 2.4.  Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. The refund amount excludes original shipping costs and any return shipping fees borne by the customer.


3. Non-Refundable for International Customers 3.1. No Refunds for International Orders: All sales to international customers are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted, regardless of the reason, including defective or damaged products. 3.2. Responsibility for International Orders: International customers are responsible for verifying product suitability, compliance with local regulations, and any customs duties or taxes. DNS Globale Enterprise is not liable for issues arising post-delivery.


4. Additional Terms 4.1. Chargeable Returns: For Indian customers, all return shipping costs are chargeable and must be paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping expenses. 4.2. Non-Compliance: Returns that do not comply with this policy (e.g., outside the 15-day window or for non-eligible products) will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense. 4.3. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support. If the order has already been shipped, it is subject to the standard return process and associated costs.
